Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to an individual or group of individuals. Supply information, maintain files, schedule appointments, produce correspondence and otherwise relieve staff of minor administrative and business detail. Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office. Will perform a variety of clerical tasks including copying, typing, filing, answering phones. Must use good judgment, display professionalism, be reliable and work with a positive attitude.

Receptionist

Greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arrange for transportation services, when needed. May operate a multi-line phone to route incoming calls. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. May require light computer work. Must present professionally and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Clerk

Duties may include maintaining correspondence, cards, invoices and other records. Operate a computer to enter or verify business and statistical source data. 9,000 – 11,000 key strokes/ hour required along with high level of accuracy. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

PSR

Job responsibilities include processing patient insurance and billing information, appointment scheduling, collecting referring physician information, and perform routine activities including visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking and record tracking. Other duties as assigned. Must have working knowledge of computerized appointment scheduling system (Epic strongly preferred), insurance processing or other related office functions. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to perform basic math sufficient to process insurance co-pays. Must have a minimum of two years related experience that includes patient registration, insurance processing or appointment scheduling. General office experience or successful completion of a job related training program may offset the experience requirement. An Associate’s Degree or equivalent may substitute for some of the experience requirement.

Desktop Support/Help Desk

Provide desk-side, phone, and email-based technical support to a department or departments within an organization. Can support and troubleshoot network issues, hardware, printer networks, and provide application support. Experience with Active Directory, Server administration, or database administration a plus. Expert-level knowledge of MS Office required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to communicate directions and concepts to non-technical staff. Bachelor’s degree required plus 3-5 years technical experience strongly preferred.
